Accommodation
The list of hotels is now available. Hotels can be reserved using the information in this page.
To reserve your hotel room:
- look at the description of the hotels;
- look at the map of the hotels;
- download the hotel reservation form, decide in which hotel you want to book and fill in the form with all details, including preferences on field trips.
Please fill in one form for each participant within 31 May and send it to the following address:
hotels@nitrogenworkshop2009.org.
You will then be contacted by "Si và! Travel Agency" in order to confirm the availability of the room
and receive all details for the payment.
We inform you that in order to finalize the reservation, we will need to receive the payment by bank transfer,
net of bank fees (eventual bank expenses for the money transfer are in charge of the partecipant).
For any particular request, please write it in your e-mail text.
