Deadlines and other important dates

31 October 2008: congress fees will be published on payment page; the third announcement will be sent.
12 December 2008: deadline for the submission of 250-word abstracts.
31 December 2008: notification of acceptance of the abstracts.
20 March 2009: deadline for the submission of 2-page short communications. At this stage, you may indicate whether you propose an oral or a poster presentation.
15 April 2009: publication of the list of accepted short communications, with final indication of the workshop sessions and oral or poster assignment.
7 May 2009: publication of the final programme; deadline for paying congress fees at early registration rate.
31 May 2009: deadline for paying congress fees at late registration rate.

Papers without at least one paying author will not be published in the book of proceedings (2-page short communications).

28 June 2009 - 1^st July 2009: 16^th Nitrogen Workshop
