Please note that social dinner is included in the workshop fees.
Workshop fees will be entirely refunded (net of bank expenses) until 7 May 2009.
For cancellations received until 10 June 2009, only 50% of workshop fees will be refunded (net of bank expenses).
No refund will be available after 10 June 2009.
