Social dinner

The social dinner will be held on Tuesday, June 30th. It will be an informal dinner that will take place in a beautiful old farm about 50 minutes far from the centre of Turin. Buses will be organised to convey there people coming from the city and from the different destinations of the field trips that will take place on Tuesday afternoon.

Food will be prepared using local products, and the dinner will be an opportunity to taste high-quality typical products that are protected and guaranteed by a special project of the Province of Turin. These products are known as the "Basket of typical products from the province of Turin". "Typical" means that their production technology, generally handmade, is tied to a documented historic tradition and ingredients are produced locally using local genotypes of plants and animal.
